HOW WE STARTED
Access to private and confidential medical care remains a challenge in many parts of the Philippines. To provide safe, accessible, and compassionate outpatient healthcare, MediPrime Medical Clinic was founded by Dr. Oliver Joseph Ole and officially opened in February 2019, addressing a wide range of medical conditions while promoting preventive care.
From the beginning, MediPrime offered primary care services, HIV testing and counseling, sexual health services, and animal bite management, helping clients receive timely care in a respectful and confidential environment. In June 2022, the clinic expanded its services by introducing Internal Medicine consultations, allowing MediPrime to manage a wider range of adult health conditions.
In September 2022, MediPrime was accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) as an HIV Primary Care Treatment Facility in CALABARZON, becoming the first private medical clinic in the region to receive this accreditation. This enabled the clinic to provide testing, counseling, treatment and prevention services for communities in Rizal province and neighboring areas. In January 2023, MediPrime was accredited by PhilHealth to provide Outpatient HIV/AIDS Treatment (OHAT) services, allowing eligible clients to receive free HIV treatment through PhilHealth coverage.
By June 2023, the clinic further expanded its services to include specialty consultations in Infectious Diseases, Dermatology, and Obstetrics and Gynecology, strengthening the clinic’s capacity to address both HIV-related and non-HIV-related health concerns of its clients.
Today, MediPrime Medical Clinic continues to grow with one goal in mind: to provide compassionate, confidential, and comprehensive healthcare for the communities we serve.
