June 22, 2024
MediPrime Medical Clinic participated in the recently concluded Love Laban 2 Everyone Pride PH Festival 2024 at the Quezon Memorial Circle on June 22, 2024. We set up our booth to provide information about our services and spread awareness about HIV while having fun with the participants of the festival. Later in the afternoon, the MediPrime team and our loved ones joined the Pride March carrying messages of support for SOGIE equality, trans rights, and safe and accessible access to care.
We join in standing, marching, and shouting for the rights of the LGBTQIA+ community. We believe that these rights that we are yearning to enjoy are rights that every Filipino should have. These human rights should never be denied to anyone - regardless of whatever is between your thighs, regardless of how you see yourself or how you want others to see you, and regardless of who you love and who wants to love you back.
We believe that medical services should be accessible to everyone, especially those who need them the most. Medical care for the Filipino LGBTQIA+ should be effective, safe, and of good quality - because you deserve it. You deserve to be healthy. You deserve to be safe. You deserve to be taken care of. You deserve to be loved.
