Sir Jack serves as the HIV Client Management Specialist at MediPrime Medical Clinic, where he delivers comprehensive HIV-related services including HIV counseling and testing, client-centered psychosocial support, case management, and mental health interventions as part of integrated HIV care. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at La Consolacion University Philippines. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Diploma in Teaching in 2023. A Registered Psychometrician and Licensed Professional Teacher, Mr. Belardo also teaches psychology-related courses at the college level during his free time. His professional practice reflects a strong commitment to evidence-based mental health care, patient empowerment, and the advancement of holistic, person-centered services in both clinical and community settings.

Ms. Bubbles is a dedicated registered nurse committed to providing compassionate, inclusive, and evidence-based healthcare. With experience in HIV counseling, HIV/STI treatment, dermatologic assistance, and general clinical care, Bubbles supports patients across diverse backgrounds with professionalism and empathy. She provides patient-centered guidance, education, and care for individuals living with or at risk for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections. This includes counseling, treatment support, and promoting adherence to therapy while ensuring patients feel safe, respected, and empowered in managing their health. She also assists physicians in dermatologic procedures, ensuring patient comfort and maintaining high standards of clinical safety and care. In addition, she provides general nursing services, including adult health consultations and rabies vaccination, supporting the broader healthcare needs of the community. A strong advocate for transgender health and inclusive healthcare, committed to creating a welcoming and non-judgmental clinical environment where every patient receives respectful, culturally competent care.

As a clinic nurse at MediPrime Medical Clinic, she plays an essential role in delivering compassionate and patient-centered healthcare services. She assists in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and coordination of care to ensure that patients receive timely and appropriate treatment. She also supports patient education, treatment preparation, and follow-up care while working closely with the healthcare team to maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive clinical environment. In her role, she provides nutrition assessment, counseling, and personalized meal planning for individuals receiving HIV care. She works closely with the healthcare team to promote optimal nutritional status, strengthen immune function, and support treatment adherence. With a heart for public health and community nutrition, Ms. Mariah Aysen is dedicated to helping individuals and communities make informed food and lifestyle choices.
